In this newly created role you will have end to end accountability for establishing and managing our People Systems Service. You will develop the strategy and target state for the service, transition existing systems, manage delivery, and engage across business and technical stakeholders to enhance the experience of our employees and people leaders when engaging with People Systems.

**In this role you’ll get to**:
Develop and present the Service strategy and deliverables to key stakeholders.
Collaborate across other tech teams for successful business outcomes.
Recruit and transition resources to deliver operational and strategic objectives.
Develop, mentor and lead the team whilst and uplifting overall capability and fostering a collaborative environment.
Vendor and Partner management.
About you
You will have experience and understanding of leading technical delivery teams. Knowledge and experience with HR functions and systems, experience with cloud technology would be an advantage.
You’ll be an excellent communicator with good influencing and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
**To be successful in the role you will have**:
Ability to think both technically and strategically about how we can modernise and uplift in an ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication and engagement skills, interacting with business and technical stakeholders at various levels.
A proven track record of successfully implementing major initiatives using Agile methodologies.
Proven project delivery experience with the ability to drive change in a high-tech development environment.
