At a senior strategic level, you will lead the teams to plan, build and run our Payments, Cards, Wealth Management, Ledger, Product Pricing & Commissions core systems. Our community is a place to thrive in if you enjoy working in a changing environment and thinking of creative solutions. **In this role you'll get to...** - Lead the team to design, build and deliver all transformation and change initiatives as well as supporting the teams to keep the systems running. - Champion organisation transformation objectives and ensure the buy-in of key business stakeholders. - Develop and foster successful relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to enable effective execution of initiatives using an enterprise lens. - Be accountable for managing the day to day of the team including financial management of the people and technology and provide sound governance and reporting. - Identify risks / issues and ensure appropriate management, mitigation and escalation. **What you'll bring to the role** You'll have previous experience in a similar role with ownership of core accounting processing systems in banking. With the ability to lead large teams and represent technology transformation programs.
