**About the role**:
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager to join the Quality team on Ventia’s Land and Housing Contract in a full-time permanent capacity.

**What you will be doing**:

- Plan, organise and deliverSchedule and conduct internal and external audits, assessing the adequacy of based on business risk and compliance and reportcontrols. Reporting findings in a clear and objective way, preparing constructive recommendations for improvements to manage and control riskthrough root cause analysis.
- Manage and lead a team of Quality AdvisorsAuditors to ensure qQuality processes and systems are complimentcompliant with business requirements, as well as providing appropriate training and career development to developing skills to enhance the team’s performance.
- Engage with Operational Teams to build a training and competency framework in accordance with cContract deliverables.
- Build and maintain key client relationships

**About you**:

- Advanced leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
- Substantial experience with stakeholder engagement and senior management
- Strong analytical, continuous improvement and audit reportingreporting writing skills
