**Who are you?**

As an Information Security Manager, you are an expert in Cyber Security, with a wide range of experience spanning from technical knowledge to organisational frameworks and policies. Your role will be pivotal in helping Drive Yello implement ISMS (Information Security Management
System) controls as we pursue ISO certification. As part of this journey, you will lead the implementation of a cyber security roadmap based on industry standards, establish a risk management framework, and draft policies and guidelines across the organization.

You will be responsible for spearheading a security awareness program and training to enhance security knowledge across the organization. As the primary person for managing information security, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and third parties to conduct internal and external audit activities, penetration testing, compliance assessments, and more.

**What we are looking for**:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001,
NIST, OWASP, Essential 8 etc), and regulatory requirements related to information security.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in penetration testing, scanning tools, scripting, web attacks & firewalls etc
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
- While industry certifications are not essential, they are highly regarded.
- Proficiency in project management, change management, strategy development, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in designing and testing technology risk controls through audits and reviews.
- A solid understanding of and experience with technologies used to respond to threats, such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) / log management tools, endpoint and network security management tools.

**What you should do**

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
