We’re First Strike Laser Tag, a growing local business bringing immersive laser tag experiences to parks, schools, and events around Canberra. Due to increasing demand, we’re looking for a reliable, energetic game master to help us deliver top notch sessions for birthday parties, school events, and community days. You will be outdoors, staying active, and leading a small team to create unforgettable experiences for kids, families, schools, and community groups. Perfect for uni students or early career workers who want flexible weekend work in a role that keeps them moving and thinking on their feet.

**What You’ll Do**
- Run and manage laser tag games in a fun, safe, and inclusive way
- Lead and support 1-2 field staff during events
- Help with event setup and pack down (involves physical activity)
- Engage confidently with customers - kids, parents, teachers, and event organisers
- Operate and troubleshoot a simple control app (training provided)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, confident, and great with people of all ages
- A quick thinker who can adapt to changing situations
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Tech-comfortable — able to learn and problem-solve on the fly
- **Requirements**: Current driver’s licence + WWVP (or willingness to obtain)
- **Availability**: Weekends, some weekday evenings, and school holidays

**What You’ll Get**
- Flexible, casual weekend work with a supportive team
- $34-$40/hr base pay (plus super), with higher rates on Sundays
- All training provided — no prior laser tag experience needed
- Opportunity for more regular work as the business grows

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
