Are you passionate about working with children and creating a nurturing, engaging environment? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) team as Casual Educators.

As a Casual Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and meaningful experiences for school-aged children during before and after-school hours. **Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Care**:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for school-aged children attending the OSHC program.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of children during all program activities

**Program Implementation**:

- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate and engaging activities for children, including sports, arts and crafts, and educational games.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social interaction and skill development.

**Collaboration with Team**:

- Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to coordinate daily activities and ensure a smooth and organized OSHC program.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Provide updates on children's activities and progress to parents as needed.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including emergency evacuation plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for Out of School Hours Care.

**Resource Management**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Support with the management of program resources, including supplies and equipment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience working with school-aged children in a similar setting is preferred.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Vulnerable Peoples (WwVP) clearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
