CASUAL BARTENDER WANTED @ Next Door CBD Restaurant in Wynyard

Next Door CBD is a family-owned restaurant and bar, conveniently located right by Wynyard Station in the heart of Sydney's CBD. We pride ourselves on creating warm, welcoming atmosphere with great food, drinks and friendly banter.

The Role:

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, experienced bartender to join our small team.

You'll be:

  • Running a dedicated bar and excited to create new cocktail, drinks recipes.
  • Calm and effective under pressure, thriving during busy services
  • A team player who helps out wherever needed and brings good vibes
  • Confident chatting with customers and building rapport
  • Stock control, ordering & stock takes
  • End of Night cash up of POS, tills and reporting
  • Locking up the venue at the end of night.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2-3 years bartending experience
  • Cocktail experience & good knowledge of wine is a must
  • Wait experience highly regarded
  • Available 4-5 evenings a week (no late nights - we close around 11pm)
  • Managerial experience
  • Ready to start immediately
