About the Role

  • Provide warm and attentive service to our guests.
  • Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages).
  • Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a memorable guest experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience in a restaurant or bar is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
