**Your impact**

Asahi Beverages is looking for a highly professional Receptionist to join our team in Melbourne. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of customer service in managing the front office reception, office management, and administration support for Southbank Head Office staff.

**This is a fixed-term, part time role, working 25 hours a week for approximately 10 months.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Delivering outstanding customer service by managing the front desk; greeting visitors, take in-coming calls, couriers and mail
- Maintain office technology and phones and liaising with IT as required
- Maintaining stationery, office supplies and meeting room management
- Outgoing daily mail collation prior to 3pm and incoming mail is sorted daily and delivered to the internal mailboxes

- Demonstrated Reception and Administration experience
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Team player with a willingness to go that one step further in everything you do
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Professionally presented
