You’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear, courteous, and professional communication at all times. Working closely with the Office Manager and Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting guests to ensure a warm and professional welcome
- Managing incoming calls, identifying caller needs, and directing them appropriately

- Assisting with the setup and pack-down of office events and staff initiatives
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, including stationery, groceries, and medical items
- Overseeing kitchen cleanliness, stock levels, and dishwasher operations
- Ensure office and meeting rooms are tidy, well-presented, and ready for daily use by staff and guests

**About You**

You will bring a diverse set of skills, a proactive mindset and a passion for ensuring a positive experience. With a background in corporate hospitality or customer service, you’re confident, polished, and adaptable and ready to take on a role where no two days are the same.

You’ll also bring:

- Experience in a corporate hospitality or customer service role, with a strong focus on professionalism and guest experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Microsoft Teams, to manage communications and scheduling effectively
- Clear and confident communication skills, enabling smooth interactions with guests, staff, and stakeholders
- A dynamic and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond quickly to changing needs while maintaining discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
