**The Opportunity**

As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring Bupa is building the right product, and the team ensures we are building that product in the right way to drive commercial value for the business and attract new customers. You understand customer needs and the business’ goals. The Digital Product Owner at Bupa also actively collaborates with the development team and the stakeholders to make fast, local and empowered decisions for the team. You represent the Product Manager’s vision within the Digital domain.

You will be accountable in:

- Actively engaging with IO’s, Squad leaders and Steam sponsors to understand their priorities and provide thought leadership on how the future state strategy can be achieved via CaaS.
- Analyse and defining business requirements into epics, features and user stories.
- Manage and prioritize any new Sitecore CMS builds to ensure benefits are maximized with available resources.
- Identify and outline any upgrades or strategic improvements to be considered as additional features or improvements.
- Work with the business stakeholders to leverage the key benefits from Sitecore CMS, and CaaS in general, and associated platforms/ concepts related to CaaS i.e. Workflow management, Data management, Visibility and reporting.
- Ongoing Prioritization of Production Incidents, Data Quality issues, and Process compliance.
- Creating, prioritising and maintaining the team backlog, defining release and sprint goals and answering questions to add detail to user stories.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand business drivers, considerations and necessary approvals.
- Working closely with data and analytics to capture customer behaviours and help inform decisions and product development.
- Contributing to ongoing product iteration, including management of small changes, bug fixes and optimisations, together with larger roadmap initiatives.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level a Digital Asset Manage (DAM) for complex digital solutions.
- Skilled in lean, human-centered design, and agile methodologies for effective solution design and delivery.
- Familiarity with complex operational environments and Agile delivery as a Product Owner.
- Ability to work across multiple streams in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving complex issues and owning outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a knack for eliciting clear requirements and solving customer experience problems.
- Proficient in capturing and documenting requirements and user stories.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Facilitation skills to guide discussions and decision-making processes.

**Additionally, ensure familiarity with the following aspects that are crucial for managing a DAM**:

- Workflow management: Streamlining and automating digital asset workflows.
- Data management: Organising and maintaining digital asset data for easy access and analysis. - Visibility and reporting: Developing systems for tracking and reporting on digital asset usage and performance.
- Production incident prioritisation: Managing and resolving issues that affect the DAM's operation.
- Process compliance: Ensuring that DAM usage adheres to organisational standards and procedures.
- Customer behaviour analysis: Utilising data and analytics to understand user interactions with the DAM and inform product development.
- Product iteration: Contributing to the continuous improvement of the DAM through small changes, bug fixes, and larger roadmap initiatives
