Job Title: Digital Product OwnerOur organization seeks an experienced Digital Product Owner to drive the vision and strategy behind our product offerings. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and manage the digital product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionality to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centered designs and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Write clear and concise feature specifications, defining requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure timely delivery of new features.
  • Work closely with the design team to craft compelling user experiences, leveraging your knowledge of human-centered design principles.
  • Develop processes to support the development and delivery of new features, from discovery to deployment.
  • Contribute to building a strong product organization culture within the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development methodologies and agile project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
