Lorikeet is the most powerful customer support AI for complex businesses like fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces and delivery services.
We’re doing this by building ground up from the premise that most support responses should be automated with transparent, customizable AI, and that support teams should spend their time managing automation and engaging with complex cases, not grinding through high volumes of simple tickets. **About the role and you**:
We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our software engineering organization and Forward Deployed AI Engineering team, in Sydney, Australia, the US and London.
This is a mid-level role for someone who’s comfortable running point on multiple searches at once, and who knows how to operate autonomously, strategically, and inclusively.
**What you’ll do**:
- Run full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across functions and levels
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, shape roles, and build effective processes
- Source and help close high-caliber talent, particularly in the Sydney market
- Partner with the leadership team to refine our employer brand
- Keep pipelines and systems clean and up to date (we use Ashby)
- Collaborate with and coach interviewers and hiring managers as needed
You might be a fit if you:
- Have 4-7+ years of experience hiring engineers at top startups or technical companies
- Have filled roles across full-stack, infra, AI, and solutions engineering, and know what “exceptional” looks like
- Have worked in environments with high hiring bars and high velocity
- Are comfortable juggling multiple searches while keeping things thoughtful and personal
- Write great outreach and know how to run high-signal screens
- Are organized, warm, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously across time zones
