**Recruitment Technical Advisor**

**Grade 7/8, Full-time, 12 month temporary opportunity with the view to extend or be made ongoing**

**Deliver continuous improvement and expand the system knowledge across our internal Talent Acquisition Function**

**About this role**

As the Recruitment Technical Advisor, you are a self-confessed tech - head with a learning and development lens, understanding the importance that technology plays in improving and simplifying the recruitment process. You will be the person who gets excited by new releases, system enhancements, new technology and be a little “all systems go” in making sure we implement and utilise technology to make life simple

As our dedicated systems expert, you will be our SME on all our diverse digital platforms including Cornerstone, Fit2Work, SharePoint, Psychometric Assessment Portals, and recruitment AI technology. You will be responsible for implementing and communicating system changes, performing trouble shooting for both long and short term issues, identifying and improving ways of working and ensuring system utilisation.

You will be the first point of contact for the talent advisors on all system related queries, developing a long - term vision in line with technology changes and the changing talent landscape to support them to deliver optimal services. You will work closely with vendors to monitor product enhancements and changes whilst ensuring the teams are well versed and equipped to utilise these systems.

You will produce and develop training material for the teams and the business to support them with monitoring and utilising the systems using creative and innovative ways to address a variety of learning types.

**About you**
- You will have experience running training sessions, workshops and other forms of communication to a diverse audience to improve and upskill staff on technology platforms within your organisation.
- You will be able to demonstrate an ability to navigate CRM or other HR systems including experience in running integration and implementation projects in a complex and regulated environment.
- You will have experience in agile and continuous improvement project delivery.
- You will be a self starter and have an ability to work independently in a standalone role, leveraging relationships with key stakeholders to help deliver solutions.
- You will be confident and have a growth mindset, open to listening to ideas and concepts with the aim to improve

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 99,431 base plus superannuation
