**Your new role**

You will be providing health, safety and wellbeing support, advice and technical assistance to the Manager, superintendents, supervisors, employees and contractors.

Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, some of your duties will include:

- Maintain and deliver induction programs for new employees, contractors and visitors
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments on all equipment on site
- Oversee the development and management of Return-to-Work Plans for ill or injured employees
- Compile safety data and reports as required
- Conduct regular Safe Work Observations including documentation of the activity and recommendations for any corrective actions

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need a Tertiary qualification in OHSE, safety management or a relevant field. You will also require:

- Experience in incident investigation
- Return-To-Work certificate and experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of WHS legislation and procedures
