**Opportunity with CMW Geoscience**

An exciting permanent opportunity has come about for a Health & Safety Coordinator to support our engineers and field staff on various projects across the state. You will provide advice and hands on support to implement the improvement, promotion and education of HSE throughout the business. This will be done by assisting the QHSE Management team in implementing the strategies, management systems and improvement plans.

**Some of your other duties will include**:

- Assist in the collection of information pertaining to incident investigations, under the direction of HSE Manager
- Assist with the monitoring of any close out of action items resulting from incident/hazard reports and any resulting incident investigations
- Be involved in any internal auditing across all CMW locations as required
- Create new corrective and preventative actions as appropriate following audits

**To be eligible we are looking for the following**:

- Must have completed their HSE tertiary qualification or have relevant working experience in a similar role
- Have fundamental knowledge of ISO (or similar) standards for health & safety, environment, and quality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Must hold an open drivers license and be happy to work in the field most of the time
- Occasional interstate travel will be required
