**Ward Clerk**

**Permanent Part Time**
- We are seeking a flexible, highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ward Clerk in our Day Oncology Unit.
- Working as a key member of the Day Oncology team you will enjoy working within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- The position will require your ability to work a roster between the hours of 8:00am and 04.00pm Monday to Friday.
- With a variety of responsibilities, you will assist in the admission and discharge of patients, booking of future patient treatments, medical record collation and preparation, welcoming of patients and visitors and general reception/ward clerk duties.
- You will be using both Meditech and CHARM to process patients within the unit.

**Essential Requirements**
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others;
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Demonstrated proficiency in MediTech, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Proven organisational skills.
- Flexibility
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability
- Adherence to deadlines and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work as an effective team member
- Willingness to learn

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience in CHARM

**How to apply**
