**Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital team**
- As a key point of contact with all patients seeking admission or pre-admission into St Andrews, you’ll provide an exceptional level of customer service to each individual and their loved ones, ensuring their transition into care with us is a smooth and effortless process. You will:
- Support with customer and patient enquiries via online Message Centre, phone and via front desk
- Complete admissions at the Admissions and Discharges desk.
- Complete patient preadmissions both online and manually
- Complete health fund verifications for patients to ensure insurance coverage
- Assist hospital wards with bed transfers and in ensuring discharges are processed efficiently
- Assist the preadmissions team with online preadmissions
