**How will I help?**

As an Executive Manager in the Customer Relations, Business Controls and Monitoring team you will play a leadership role in providing dedicated business facing support (First Line) for all risk matters in ensuring the risk identification, risk assessments, remediation and/or action plans to comply with regulations and compliance obligations for Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Relationship Management and Customer Onboarding in the CIB Lending Value Chain.

The role is responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders in delivering risk advisory in supporting the business grow in a safe and sustainable way across controls environment. This role is required to develop pragmatic solutions to ensure the business maintains a control environment within appetite.

**Responsibilities are but limited to:
- Leading a team of risk professionals in providing risk advisory for run and change activities to the Corporate & Institutional Banking (Line of Business) for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Onboarding of the CIB Lending Value Chain
- Effectively and proactively identifying, assessing, and establishing plans to strengthen the risk and controls in the Value Chain that support Customer Relationship activities and Customer Onboarding
- Monitoring the required obligations and conduct matters relevant across the business.
- Leading the emerging risks with key stakeholders and external scenario analysis to be proactive in operationalising the risk and controls plans into business strategy
- Partnering with key stakeholders to develop controls strategy to drive control improvements in future investments
- Developing and executing a risk culture/capability uplift plan to continue to strengthen the risk awareness Relationship Management and Customer Onboarding teams
- Providing leadership support to the business with regulatory remediation
- Supporting Senior Stakeholders strategic planning reviews including Sector and Growth plans to support early emerging risk identification

Your commercial acumen and experience dealing with and managing senior business stakeholders, will see you succeed in this role.
