Owned by the City of Holdfast Bay, and set within beautiful grounds in the seaside suburb of Hove, Alwyndor delivers on-site residential living and support at home services, along with therapy and well-being services. Our therapy and wellness team empower the people in our communities to live healthy, engaged and fulfilled lives.

Alwyndor’s welcoming, high-quality facilities include 144 residential, dementia, respite care beds, transitional and care awaiting placement beds, together with allied health, therapy and wellness programs and home support packages that support people in Adelaide’s southern metro communities.

**About the Role**

Alwyndor is looking for a Team Leader, Therapy and Wellness to join our team and oversee our Allied Health professionals. This role will work closely with and report to the Manager, Community Connections to ensure the effective management of the department. The role involves:

- Providing innovative leadership to the team;
- Planning and developing a range of therapy and wellness programs for residents and clients;
- Identifying and developing growth opportunities to further expand Alwyndor's allied health and wellness program offerings.
- Extensive experience within the aged are sector;
- Tertiary qualifications in allied health or other relevant qualification; and
- At least 2 years leadership experience.

You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.
