**PERSOLKELLY** have partnered with a highly respected Bank that operates nationally. We are looking for an experienced Lending Specialist to be part of a high performing team that focuses on serving its members and delivering outstanding results. If you are passionate about helping people, building relationships, utilising your home lending knowledge and meeting targets, you will enjoy this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Growing the home loan and consumer lending portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and identify their needs.
- Occasional day to day branch operations

**Benefits**:

**Skills and experience required**:

- Knowledge of the banks products, process and systems.
- Excellent verbal, numerical and literacy skills.
- Strong computer, analytical, literacy and conversational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Customer service and sales

**Qualifications**:

- HSC or Equivalent
- Tier 2 Accreditations
- Lending Accreditation
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
