Chempro Chemists, one of Australia's leading community pharmacy groups, is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our dynamic Head Office team.

As our Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organising, and delivering a variety of internal and external events for the Chempro Chemists Group. From supplier conferences and retail trainings to charity events and team meeting & functions, you'll ensure each event runs seamlessly and reflects Chempro's professional and community focused brand.

This is a hands on role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Merchandise, and Executive teams to bring events to life from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver group events including conferences, retail trainings, charity events, careers fairs, team meetings and functions
• Manage event logistics – venue sourcing, catering, AV, travel, accommodation, and supplier liaison
• Support the Marketing team with event branding, signage, and communications
• Coordinate guest lists, registrations, and event collateral
• Manage event budgets and timelines
• Oversee onsite event setup and execution
• Ensure post event reporting, feedback, and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in event coordination, or administration (2+ years preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work to deadlines
• Confidence liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday and event management tools (experience with Canva or similar desirable)
