About the role_**

As a Driver Testing Training Officer, you will be supporting future and existing Driver Testers across the state to develop and enhance their skills. The role supports multiple areas of the Driver Testing functionality within Service NSW- from onboarding our future Driver Testers to designing safe and compliant Driving Testing Courses across the state.

This role is accountable for delivering Driver Testing training to frontline teams by providing them with the technical skills necessary to excel in their roles. This includes onboarding training, upskill training in additional classes, and refresher training for current team members.

While the majority of your work will be facilitation, you will also support the team with updating and maintaining training packages, as well as designing and reviewing Driver Testing Courses.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail-
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems with creative and innovative solutions-
- Capable with the Microsoft Suite/and DRIVES systems-
- Strong ability to meet competing deadlines and manage your time well**Essential requirements***:
- Class C - Driver Testing Qualification-
- Completed In-Vehicle Monitoring in last 18 months, achieving 95% or higher-
- Willingness and ability to travel across NSW-
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record throughout the employment**Please note**: If you have not completed In-vehicle monitoring within the last 18-months, we can have this arranged during the interview process.

- Experience in providing inclusive training in line with adult learning principles**Remuneration**:
Service NSW Grade 5/6 salary package starts from $81,475 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
