**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a motivating, compassionate and customer focused/sales oriented individual to work at our Prahran Centre as a Jenny Craig Coach.

As a Coach you will provide support and mentoring to help your members gain the skills and knowledge they need to achieve their weight loss goal and maintain that goal weight. You will facilitate motivational coaching sessions, manage your members' weekly food menus, liaising with our Company Dietitians, where required, to ensure menus are tailored to each members needs. You'll also make regular care calls to members and undertake the sale of products and programs to support them.

Highly motivated, passionate about health and well-being and committed to delivering customer service excellence, you will have a mix of the following:

- Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced retail (or similar) environment;
- A commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences;
- A background in health, nutrition or fitness would be highly regarded;
- A Strong empathetic streak and a desire to motivate and inspire others;
- A demonstrated ability to nurture strong and enduring relationships;
- A proven ability to deliver sales results and hit targets;
- A keen interest in the weight loss/health and well-being sector;
- Ability to thrive and shine in a small team based environment;
- Influential communication skills and strong attention to detail; and
- A teammate at heart who understands the importance of working together to accomplish what needs to be done, no matter the task.

Our Coaches are required to work variable hours. This is to ensure hours are structured around the needs of our members and centres. While this role will initially be for approximately 15 hours per week (3 days), hours and days will vary and can include Monday to Friday, Saturday, public holidays, split and evening shifts.
