We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Coach. As a Coach, you will provide support and mentoring to help your members achieve their weight loss goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to support members in achieving their weight loss goals
  • Facilitate motivational coaching sessions to help members stay on track
  • Manage members' weekly food menus, liaising with our Dietitians as needed
  • Maintain regular contact with members to provide ongoing support and guidance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for health and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets
