**About the role**:

- Your role will be to help our Shop Managers with tasks such as:
- General office administra'on.
- Bookkeeping du'es, including payroll and monthly repor'ng **(Experience**

**required in bookkeeping)**
- Filing paperwork.
- Gree'ng customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Answering the phone.
- Preparing paperwork for head office.
- Impu'ng data into the in-house soKware system.
- Preparing end-of-month reports

**Skills we are looking for**:

- Good communica'on skills
- Bookkeeping experience using MYOB.
- Strong computer skills, including accurate and efficient typing and data
- entry.- Posi've can-do aMtude.
- Strong aNen'on to detail.
- Strong organisa'on and 'me management skills
