**MPlus Group is made up of 5 companies working in the Real Estate and Property Management industries.**

The Head office is based in Melbourne CBD close to Queen Victoria Markets

**About the Role**

Reporting to the CEO you will complete various administration and finance roles

You will also be supported by a part time Financial Controller

You will need to have had previous experience with multiple companies and intercompany transactions

The position would suit an experienced Bookkeeper or a recently Qualified Accountant looking to gain exposure to a multi faceted business.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Accounts Payable**
- Processing of supplier invoices with correct account allocations per chart of accounts and correct cost centre allocation
- Processing of Supplier payments using electronic banking
- Filing of documents

**General Accounting**
- Processing of bank account transactions
- Processing credit card transactions
- Reconciliation of bank accounts - monthly
- End of Month reporting

**Accounts Receivable**
- Raising invoices as required from MYOB
- Follow up payment of customer invoices

**Administration**
- Various administration tasks as required

**You should possess the following Skills**:

- Have an ability to prioritize and multi task.
- High-level skills and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Advanced skills with MYOB.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. With an ability to deal with our clients in a sensitive and confidential way.
- The ability to work in a small team.
- A proactive “Can Do” approach.
