**About the role**:
Our **Client Service Associate’s (CSA)** are the backbone of our business and have fostered amazing rapport with our clients. They are our client's point of call for all meetings, transactions, and queries. Our CSAs also ensure that our team delivers on the promises we make to our clients. Here’s a snapshot of our CSA’s other day-to-day activities.
- Manage team schedules for the advice team
- Help coordinate the implementation of advice strategies with the advice team
- Maintain all records with care so our data integrity is high
- Help us maintain the highest compliance standards
- Help us improve our internal processes and procedures
- Build working relationships with clients, external providers and key stakeholders.

**Qualities you will bring**:
You will be a natural at customer service, eager to support our clients and develop long-lasting relationships**.** You will equally be well organised and able to prioritise with ease.

- Experience in the industry or similar administration roles is a big plus
