**About Our Client**:

Day to day duties involve:
- First point of call for client enquires.
- Liaise with financial product providers and stakeholders.
- Provide administration assistance to advisers and client service teams, including diary management and document preperation.
**The Successful Applicant**:
In order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administration and customer service is essential.
- The ability to exercise initiative in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Confident and polite phone etiquette.
- Experience using Salesforce & Xplan will be highly regarded
