**Your role**:
**_You will play a key role in:

- **
- **Provide Expert Guidance: Act as the primary technical expert for all i2 product suites, including but not limited to i2 Analyst's Notebook, i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis (EIA), i2 iBase, and i2 Text Chart.**:

- **Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design, develop, and implement solutions using i2 products to support intelligence analysis, fraud detection, cyber security, or other relevant domains.**:

- **Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Offer advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve problems related to i2 product installations, configurations, performance, and data integrations.**:

- **Data Integration & Management: Work with various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and unstructured text, to ensure seamless integration into i2 products for effective analysis. This includes expertise in data modeling within i2 iBase and importing/exporting data.**:

- **Training & Mentorship: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for users at all levels, from basic navigation to advanced analytical techniques within i2 products.**

**Your profile**:

- **Essential i2 Product Experience**:

- **Extensive hands-on experience (typically 5+ years) with multiple i2 products, including**:

- **i2 Analyst's Notebook: Proficient in all aspects of visual analysis, charting, entity and link analysis, conditional formatting, and import/export functionalities.**:

- **i2 base: Deep understanding of schema design, database administration, data entry, query building, and security configurations.**
**i2 Enterprise Insight Analysis (EIA) / i2 Analyst's Notebook Premium: Experience with deploying, configuring, and leveraging enterprise-level analytical capabilities, including data indexing, search, and collaborative analysis.**:

- **i2 Text Chart: Experience in extracting entities and relationships from unstructured text.**:

- **Proven ability to integrate i2 products with various data sources (e.g., SQL databases, NoSQL databases, APIs, flat files).**:

- **Experience in developing and delivering i2 product training to diverse audiences.**:

- **Demonstrated understanding of intelligence analysis methodologies and how i2 products support these processes.**:

- **Familiarity with i2 product architecture and deployment considerations (on-premise and cloud where applicable).**:

- **Experience with customizing i2 product interfaces or functionalities (e.g., custom import specifications, extensions) is highly desirable**.**
