This leading University are currently seeking an experienced Kronos Specialist as part of their Scheduling, Time & Attendance project.

**Key accountabilities**
- Provide expert advice and guidance to the applicable University stakeholders on how to best utilise the platform
- Work closely with stakeholders and rostering colleagues across the University to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions including maximising value from the platform
- Investigate and provide analysis and recommendation to solve business problems as directed by the Project team, and clearly communicate this work in a high quality 'story telling' approach using tools such as PowerPoint to relevant stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships across the Project, wider ERP Program and University to collaboratively review and resolve complex issues and gain acceptance of ideas and consensus amongst a diverse group of stakeholders

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience as a UKG Dimensions (Kronos) Specialist or similar, providing advice, guidance and recommendations based on your specialist knowledge and expertise.
- Proven track record in identifying, analysing, challenging and validating business requirements throughout the whole delivery life cycle
- Strong problem-solving capability, with a logical approach and the ability to see different perspectives and options
- Experience of effectively analysing problems and data, with high attention to detail and presenting solutions and information in a meaningful way to a diverse range of audiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to effectively influence the outputs of others
- Strong organisational and planning skills with experience of successfully managing multiple and competing priorities
- Experience building successful working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
