**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a **Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer **to join Procore’s Talent Acquisition team to help build a fast-growing, world-class team.

This position reports into the Senior Manager, Global Sourcing, and would preferably be located in Sydney, Australia. Remote delivery will be considered based upon experience. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build and execute a variety of sourcing strategies to find rare, in-demand talent through referrals, networking, and internet searches
- Source, qualify, and deliver highly qualified prospects using multiple tools and techniques for a variety
- Develop and refine Boolean/Natural Language searching skills to execute targeted searches

**What we’re looking for**:

- 4+ years of experience in a sourcing or similar role, preferably on an internal recruiting team within a fast growing Saas company
- Proven track record of building targeted prospect pools, particularly in the sales and marketing area, and implementing creative approaches to sourcing and attracting qualified professionals
- Excellent time and project management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to utilize inbound marketing techniques as part of a comprehensive prospect attraction strategy
- Experience supporting hiring managers and recruiters across locations
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of assigned roles, with an emphasis on probing for details
- Willingness to recommend ideas and strategies to increase the sourcing team’s success
- A systems savvy thinker with an eye for detail, process, and efficiency with the ability to deliver consistent results with a sense of urgency
