Great Talent Sourcer role available within Property/Real Estate. Sydney CBD location with WFH flex
**Your new company**
A growing new organisation within Property and Real Estate are looking for Recruitment Source's to join their fun and collaborative team. This exciting opportunity will be based in Sydney CBD, but offers WFH flexibility (Mondays and Fridays remote). This role is being offered as a permanent opportunity with a salary of $60,000 base + super + commission.
**Your new role**
Reporting to head of TA, you will be proactive with head hunting talent for the company. In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Posting job advertisements
- Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Ad hoc reporting
- Managing recruitment inbox
- Being the first point of contact for queries,
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will ideally:
- Have strong attention to detail
- Experience in a recruitment coordinator/administrator role would be a distinct advantage
- Bubbly and outgoing
- Switched on and proactive
- Sales skills and sales experience is advantageous
- Great communication and comfortable to build relationships at different levels
