We are seeking to appoint a highly meticulous, motivated and results driven person for a 12 month contract position based at Blackburn (Melbourne). Location is flexible to successful applicant.

About the Role:
Our Accounts Payable team is looking for passionate individuals to perform the day to day activities for accounts payable processing and associated tasks in a timely and accurate manner and to provide expert advice and customer service to the business.

Our goal is to pay all suppliers accurately and on time, which promotes the Accounts Payable Team as a professional and supportive team, allowing Business Units to serve their customers better.

You will be responsible for:

- Accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Attend to enquiries from internal and external customers
- Verification of Employee/Officer expense claims
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Support the month end process
- Payment processing
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and process improvement

About You:
The successful applicant will possess:

- Solid understanding of accounts payable principles
- High level of speed, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to coach and educate internal and external customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a broader team
- Intermediate computer software skills
- Ideally - Experience with Technology One
