**Senior Graphic Designer - FMCG Packaging Design**:

This award winning design agency is searching for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in developing creative solutions for our clients, from initial concept to final production.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate with the Creative Director/Design Directors to translate client briefs into stunning visual designs.
- Develop innovative branding solutions that meet client objectives and elevate their brand identity.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for a variety of marketing materials, including packaging design.
- Manage photo shoots, working with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to achieve the desired visual outcome.
- Liaise effectively with account managers and production teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Continuously learn and expand your design skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and techniques.

**What you bring to the table**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design expertise, and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Excellent knowledge of pre-press, printing techniques, and stock selections.
- The ability to freehand illustrate and develop concepts from ideation to final execution.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A passion for design, a commercial focus, and a willingness to learn and grow.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience in packaging design.
- An eye for typography and a knack for creating visually appealing layouts.
- A creative and adaptable approach to design challenges.
