**About the role**:
As a Communications Lead, you and develop, co-ordinate and implement an integrated communications strategy and detailed communications plans for target audiences (internal & external) via a variety of communication channels to support the Technology Transformation Program objectives and outcomes.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Collaborate with the broader Coles business, Technology stakeholders and other business partners to develop clear, compelling, communications and documentation for Coles and the broader business regarding the intent, outcomes and progress of the Tech Transformation Program.
- Provide communications / documentation support and advice taking into consideration timing, audience, channels, stakeholder impacts and reputational risks and opportunities.
- Use established tools, processes and communications channels to ensure clear, consistent communication and support change uptake.
- Ensure all communication and documentation is consistent in message content, language and style.
- Work with relevant Tech Transformation and business teams (Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications) to validate operational rigour of all communication and documentation and alignment to current business standards.
- Maintain and follow sign-off and version control processes

**About you and your skills**:

- Extensive commercial experience developing and implementing professional communications and documentation, including writing, proof reading and editing for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong experience in the development, co-ordination and implementation of communications strategy to support change management, program management, business/enterprise transformation desirable
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Business partnering experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations / influence outcomes
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Attention to detail, quality control and customer focus
- Advanced computer competency and basic web content management experience
- Written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with Technology teams for transformation outcomes desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding of documentation standards and style guides, and document design skills
- Knowledge of Adobe programs such as Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (desirable)
