**About the role**:
Lead sustainability communications for the Coles Group, in collaboration with our Communications and Marketing teams, and oversee the visibility of our sustainability performance and initiatives. You will also support the activation of sustainability initiatives and manage engagement with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
This role, aimed at promoting and protecting Coles’ sustainability credentials, requires strategic internal and external sustainability communications and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll also:

- Develop and deliver the communications and stakeholder engagement strategy (including annual schedules for communication and event activities) and action plan for the sustainability team
- Manage and coordinate internal and external communications across cross-functional sustainability initiatives including key sustainability announcements and related issues management
- Align Coles with leading practice sustainability reporting, communications and engagement activities
- Support development and delivery of annual sustainability report and associated communications

***About you and your skills**:
You’ll need:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a corporate communications role working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in preparing sustainability disclosures and reporting, with a solid understanding of relevant frameworks
- Experience advising and working with executive teams
