Liquid & Larder has been appointed following a competitive tender as the official food and beverage partner for** The EVE** Hotel Sydney - the city’s most anticipated new-build boutique hotel opening of the year.

**About The Venues**:
Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of Wunderlich Lane, a new lifestyle precinct. It will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, a lobby bar, and in-room dining, all under Liquid & Larder’s exclusive hospitality management.

Atop The EVE’s lush rooftop oasis is a contemporary Mexican restaurant where you can expect menus, crafted with fresh Australian produce. We believe wine should be an experience—vibrant, expressive, and harmoniously matched with the bold and rich flavours of Mexican cuisine. Our wine list celebrates both tradition and innovation, offering selections that enhance the essence of our menu.

On the street level, the European-inspired Lobby Bar serves as a welcoming, vibrant hub catering to all tastes. Open from early morning to late night, it offers everything from caffeine to cocktails, accompanied by all-day bistro classics. Our wine list here is thoughtfully curated to reflect the elegance and diversity of Europe’s most renowned wine regions, while also highlighting new world classics.

**About The Role**:
We are now assembling a **Cellar Team **to ensure the receiving, cross referencing and distribution of daily deliveries for our Food and Beverage operation in a timely and organised manner.

You’ll demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, supported by your meticulous organisational abilities. Physical fitness is essential, as daily tasks will require lifting, reaching, squatting, carrying, and using stairs.

Experience in a similar position is preferred.

**Position Duties**:

- Receiving and dispatching of deliveries in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Ensure orders received are correct and match what is recorded on invoices.
- Ensure produce delivered is of a high quality and shows no signs of spoilage.
- Requisitions and restocking of service areas
- Organise and sign off procurement orders in an accurate manner.
- Execute safe work operations, safety policies, and procedures
- General maintenance and cleaning of storage areas
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure the efficient delivery/pick up of orders
