**Casual Wine Waiter - Nour (ESCA Group)**:

Nour, part of ESCA Group, is looking for a Casual Wine Waiter to deliver warm, polished service and support our wine-led guest experience on the floor.

**What you’ll do**:

- Welcome guests and provide confident wine recommendations and pairings.
- Serve and present wines (glass & bottle), including basic decanting and correct glassware.
- Maintain table service standards: pacing, topping, and attentive follow-ups.
- Support cellar and floor tasks: restocking, binning, rotation, and glassware upkeep.
- Work closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless, guest-first service.
- Join staff tastings and contribute feedback on seasonal updates.

**What you bring**:

- WSET Level 2 (minimum) in Wines — required.
- Current NSW RSA and Australian work rights — required.
- Prior restaurant or wine bar experience with strong guest communication.
- Calm under pressure, sharp attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
