**Casual Sommelier - Nour (ESCA Group)**
- Sydney, NSW | Casual | Evenings & weekends_

Nour is part of ESCA Group, and we’re looking for a Casual Sommelier to help deliver a memorable, wine-led guest experience. You’ll work alongside our Head Sommelier and FOH team to champion our list, elevate pairings, and bring warm, knowledgeable hospitality to every service.

**What you’ll do**:

- Guide guests with thoughtful recommendations, pairings, and storytelling.
- Support wine service standards (decanting, glassware, temps, presentation).
- Drive sales through upselling, by-the-glass insights, and flight activations.
- Assist with cellar tasks: receiving, rotation, binning, stocktakes, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the floor team to deliver seamless service and service recovery.
- Contribute to tastings, training, and seasonal list updates.

**What you bring**:

- WSET Level 2 (minimum) in Wines (or higher) — required.
- Current NSW RSA and eligibility to work in Australia — required.
- Previous sommelier/wine service experience in quality restaurants or wine bars.
- Confident guest communication, pace, and attention to detail under pressure.
- A growth mindset and team-first approach aligned with ESCA’s values.

**Availability**:
