Castle Hill, Australia Frost Air Conditioning Pty Ltd Full time

Frost Air Conditioning located at Castle Hill requires an energetic and motivated person to work in their busy Sales Admin Department.

Position involves but is not limited to the following tasks:

- Taking & allocation of sales leads and assisting Customers with queries & questions.
- Assisting Sales Reps in managing their leads, quotes & sales.
- Assisting with follow ups on sales quotes.
- Generation of sales price lists.
- Generating mailing lists for marketing campaigns, mail outs, flyers, brochures, etc.
- Ensure all printed material is kept up to date and in stock.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial tenders.
- Maintain the sales quote templates.
- Assist and Quote customer who come into office or send in plans.
- Assist customers coming into the office with any sales questions.
- Manage online marketing: Frost Website, Google, Facebook, etc.
- Manage website and keep up to date.
- Assist when required incoming telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner and direct them to the relevant personnel.
- Manage and assist with the skills development of any of the Sales Admin Staff.
- Ensure all Suppliers’ Brochures are stocked to appropriate levels and chase up sales rep if more required.
- Assist General Manager & other Managers with any other work that may be required.
- Assist other departments as required.

Must have the following:

- At least 5 years + office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Very high attention to detail
- Good Memory

Full Time position - 40 hours per week (8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Must be fully vaccinated to work in Frost Air Office.
