Bladez&Co Clubman is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our high-end retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of sales associates and support staff to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure the store's inventory is accurately managed, and products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement in sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and promote the store's brand and products.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in high-end fashion or sneaker retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $46,710.83 - $65,670.58 per year

**Experience**:
