An outstanding career opportunity awaits the right person initially based at our Salisbury Plain branch for a Sleep/CPAP & Respiratory Sales Consultant, experience within the Sleep Health industry or similar industries such as general health, pharmacy, disability, aged care, sales etc. are advantageous but not essential. You may be required to work at other stores across the state from time to time.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Retail sales & service
- Invoicing
- Answering internal and external calls
- One-on-one consultations with clients with follow up appointments
- Perform data downloads for customers and forward onto doctors and care providers
- Working as a team
- Product assembly
- Liaise with key clients ie. OTs, Physio, Nurses
- Build strong relationships with hospital teams
- Basic customer training on safe usage of equipment
- Booking appointments and scheduling calendars
- Home & regional visits to palliative and immobile patients
- Set-up clients on CPAP & BIPAP devices
- Ordering & unpacking of stock
- General Administration
- Drive sales and growth of business
- Sterilisation of equipment using specific standards of cleaning
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and hospitals
- Assist with general customer service in mobility equipment if required

All required training will be provided to the successful applicants, a variety of on-the-job training, online training courses, seminars/webinars and required reading will be available depending on the role.

**About You**

You will work as part of a small team of around 50 (and growing) colleagues across 8 stores & clinics around the state. You will work autonomously with clients and also as a team. As Respirico Healthcare is a growing company with three overlapping but separate divisions (Sleep, Respiratory & Assistive Technology) there is opportunity for variety, learning and career growth.

- Education - at least year 12, and preferably some post-secondary studies but not required
- A background in health, sales, customer service or management preferred but not essential
- Experience with CPAP devices advantageous but not essential
- Yearly flu-shot & Covid-19 vaccination required (SAHealth requirement)
