About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Consultant who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset. This casual position plays a key role in ensuring our facility is clean, well-presented, and our customers receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet every customer with warmth, respect, and professionalism.

  • Answer phone and online enquiries with a solution-focused approach.

  • Provide accurate information on unit availability, pricing, and rental terms.

  • Assist customers with the rental process and required documentation.

  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns with empathy and ownership.

Centre Presentation

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all customer and common areas.

  • Regularly sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a spotless environment.

  • Clean and restock restrooms, tidy entrances, and shared spaces.

  • Empty rubbish bins and ensure appropriate waste disposal.

  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and willingness to bring your best to work.

  • Great communication skills and a respectful, professional manner.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute as a team player.

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

  • Previous customer service and/or cleaning experience is valued but not essential – we'll provide training.
