As Principal Legal Officer and Integrity Advisor you will provide clear and concise oral and written legal advice, for example, on legislative interpretation, administrative law and matters arising under the Integrity Act 2009.
The successful person will have demonstrated experience in providing written legal advice on issues relevant to a Queensland statutory body, including legislative interpretation and administrative law. You would ideally have a minimum of two years post-admission experience.
Mandatory requirements:
- Possession of a degree in law from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Admitted or eligible for immediate admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland.
