**About the role**

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety Administrator with a passion for Workplace Health and Safety to join our safety team in an administration support capacity, to cover a parental leave contract.

Reporting to our HSE Manager, this role will involve end to end support and assistance for our safety team, on a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend.

Some daily duties will include:

- Complete monthly and annual safety reports
- Partner with our HSE team to promote a safety-first culture
- Complete subcontractor hours reports
- Plan safety planning days
- Attend HSE Advisor and HSE Business Partner meetings
- Order safety PPE
- Any other relevant adhoc administration duties required

**About you**

Your passion for safety and helping others along with a desire to work within a collaborative team will see you succeed in this role. You are a dedicated individual, show attention to detail and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships and rapport within the business.

As well as this you will:

- Come from a similar role and have an understanding of the construction industry.
- Have a strong passion and commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace.
- Have a strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles.
- Possess strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
- Be able to work effectively within a team to ensure workload is prioritised to achieve daily objectives.
- Enjoy having a role that you can make your own and add value too.
