**About the role**

Celebrating 30 years and growing, we are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller responsible for maintaining the accurate records of company documentation. Based close to Brisbane CBD, you will be reporting to the Compliance and Systems Advisor.

**Key responsibilities**
- Implement and work to the safety and quality management systems, procedures and work instructions
- Own, understand the intent and function of the safety and quality management systems
- Controlling company documentation and information
- Implementing and improving document control procedures including conducting training and inductions
- Day to day management of information system - SharePoint, Teams
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
- Producing document progress reports as requested
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits to ensure compliance.
- Monitor legislative changes that will impact HSE documents and ensure document owners update documents as per legislative changes
- Transmittal and distribution of documents to stakeholders, internal and external parties
- Registration of documents associated with project requirements
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements

**About you**
- Can do attitude
- Certificate or higher in Business Administrator
- Sound understanding and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- A collaborative and results-driven attitude toward work
- Previous experience in Document Control Roles
- A good understanding of ISO9001 requirements.
