About this Role

We are seeking an experienced and organised Health Safety professional to provide exceptional end-to-end administration support for various assets. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a high customer service ethos.

This position requires the ability to work across the business with various stakeholders to ensure HSE-related invoicing, receipting and purchase orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing HSE presentation material and supporting the implementation of the HSE Management System software.

To succeed in this role, you will need intermediate/advanced skills within Microsoft Office suite and experience working in a Health and Safety environment would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support document control processes relating to the HSE Management System
  • Manage and process global training certificates
  • Work across the business with various stakeholders to ensure HSE-related tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Prepare HSE presentation material
  • Support the implementation of the HSE Management System software

Requirements:

  • Intermediate/advanced skills within Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working in a Health and Safety environment would be beneficial
