Due to ongoing growth, we have a vacancy for an Export Document Controller to join our friendly and vibrant team in Wetherill Park 2164 NSW.

As an Export Document Controller you will be responsible for creating all required documentation for export shipping and process export delivery notes. This role will also act as first point of contact for internal and external customers as well as freight forwarders for export shipping enquires. This role will also be coordinating activities between various parties involved in the shipping process.
- The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)_
- Process the assigned Export shipments and create all necessary shipping documentation.
- Active involvement in development of shipping and export procedures for branch export shipment.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on the reconciliation of invoices.
- Processing goods issued delivery documents.
- Participating in End of Month reporting.
- Providing ad-hoc assistance to other team members as required.
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- Have at least 2 year's experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain and Freight Forwarding environments will be highly advantageous.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a team player, with a willingness to help others.
- A desire to learn and grow further.
- Experience with SAP, Ozdocs and Coupa will be highly advantageous, but non-essential.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites will be advantageous.
