Anytime Fitness Richlands is seeking a passionate and highly motivated team member. We are looking for a fun, energetic and outgoing person who has great communication & sales skills

This is a casual position that would suit anyone looking to get into the fitness industry, with a positive attitude and strong customer focus.

Offering 10-20 hours per week. Saturday morning and weekday availability is required as per our staffed hours.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Achieving sales targets and KPI's
- Proactively seek and generate new membership sales, leads and referrals
- Customer retention
- Create a vibrant and fun club culture
- Meet and greet potential and existing members
- Promote the club brand and image within the local community
- Maintain the cleanliness of the club
- Achieving daily calls, appointments and bookings
- Exceptional customer service with a bubbly nature
- 1+ years of sales experience highly regarded

**Essential Criteria**:

- Able to work in a team environment
- Preference but not essential Cert III and/or IV in Fitness
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Must be flexible with working hours days and Saturdays.

**Experience**:

- working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
